What they really think of young black Americans: The Hip Hop President is painfully out of touch, horribly inaccurate, drenching with stereotypes, yet frightening depiction of what some Americans may really see when they are looking at black faces. It's really said that some people aren't able to separate black culture from black street culture.
The real "hip hop mayor" is still acting out: I really wish Kwame Kilpatrick would just pay his bills, act right, and just go away! He was probably the inspiration for that horrible commentary I linked to above.
Another one of the three million reasons why I admire Obama is for his bravery. I don't really care what McCain has to say about his POW status. Obama has to deal with a real and present danger in a country he calls home, a place he's supposed to feel safe. So when I see stuff like this I get angry.
And finally: Ignorance at it's finest.
Sorry if I'm killing your "It's almost Friday" buzz
